From 20 to 22 September 2024, the BUBT Rover Scout Group conducted a Food and Livelihood Relief Program in Ramgor, Khagrachori, to support vulnerable families affected by disasters. The initiative included distributing dry food, safe drinking water, cooked meals, poultry, goats, and sewing machines. This effort not only addressed immediate hunger but also promoted sustainable income generation. Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 8: Decent Work), the program engaged faculty, scout leaders, and student volunteers, embodying the Rover Scouts’ motto, “Service Before Self.”

The distribution empowered families, particularly women, to pursue self-employment and secure sustainable livelihoods. The BUBT Rover Scout Group expressed gratitude to supporters and committed to expanding similar initiatives in the future.
