The SDG Policy at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) provides a structured framework to embed the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals across teaching, research, campus operations, and community engagement. Guided by an SDG Steering Committee and Faculty/Departmental Focal Groups, the policy promotes curriculum integration, research initiatives, green campus practices, and student-led sustainability projects. Regular monitoring, reporting, and annual SDG reports ensure measurable progress, while partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, universities, corporate partners, and UN networks strengthen institutional impact. This policy aims to cultivate a culture of sustainability, social responsibility, and innovation, empowering students, faculty, and staff to actively contribute to national and global sustainable development priorities.
