The ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional Contest 2023 was hosted by the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). The main onsite contest was held on November 4, 2023, with approximately 225 teams participating in the final regional event. The competition is part of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), requiring teams of three students to collaborate on solving complex algorithmic problems under time pressure. BUBT's Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department took the lead in organizing the event, which reinforces the university's commitment to promoting technological excellence and contests. The contest concluded with the team 'DU__Ascending___' from the University of Dhaka securing the first position.
