In 2024, BUBT-TAFE introduced the Digital Marketing with AI Training Program as part of its commitment to expanding accessible and workforce-oriented lifelong learning opportunities. The program was open to students from all departments as well as external participants from the broader community, reflecting BUBT’s focus on inclusive skill development beyond regular academic coursework. This training emphasized practical, industry-aligned competencies in areas such as social media marketing, search engine optimization, content strategy, brand communication, and data-driven campaign planning. A distinguishing feature of the program was its integration of AI-enabled marketing tools, enabling participants to learn contemporary techniques used by modern organizations for audience targeting, campaign automation, analytics, and digital engagement. The sessions were delivered through hands-on instruction, guided project tasks, collaborative planning exercises, and platform-based demonstrations, ensuring that learners gained both conceptual understanding and real-world application experience. Upon successful completion, participants received certificates acknowledging their enhanced digital communication and professional marketing capabilities. This initiative contributes directly to SDG 4: Quality Education by empowering learners with relevant employability skills and supporting wider community access to future-ready digital knowledge.
